Our Raspberry Jelly is tart by design (some might even say sour) and steeped in Rogak Family History. It goes back to Julius Rogak, the original candy maker in our family. You'll have to come and ask Michael for the entire story, he tells it best, and it's the best in person.

Our Raspberry Jelly is available in Milk or Dark Chocolate. Our Raspberry Jelly is made to be a tart jelly, it is not sweet. Although too tart for some, it remains a favorite. Savor the flavor!
