Do I need to create an account?

Creating an account is an easy and convenient way to save shipping and billing information, view current order status, and look up past orders. You may also check out as a guest if you don’t wish to create an account at this time. Click here to create your account.

Can I purchase over the phone and have them shipped?

How do I know my order has been placed? How do I check the status?

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your order and a unique confirmation number. Please review the information to make sure it’s correct. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes of placing the order, check your junk mail or other folders. If you still are unsure, please give us a call at 718-375-1277 or email us at hello@jomartchocolates.com

If you were logged in with an account when you placed your order, login and click on My Account; you’ll be able to see your full order history, including your current order status. I can’t login to my account, what should I do?

If this is your first time logging in since we re-launched our website, you may need to reset your password. You’ll receive an email allowing you to log in and set your password as desired.

I’m having trouble ordering online, what should I do?

We recommend using the most up-to-date version of your preferred browser (Edge, Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla, etc.). Try logging out and back in, then restart the checkout process. I want to re-order something I sent in the past, but I don't see it in my account?

We re-launched our website, and although we transferred as much customer an order information over there is a chance everything didn't make it over. Email us at hello@jomartchocolates and we'll see if we can track down the past order.

I want to order something that I know you make, but it's not on the website. What should I do?

Ah the secret items - it’s true we don’t have everything we make on our website, but if you contact us at hello@jomartchocolates.com, or call us at 718-375-1277, we’ll confirm that we still make that item, or that we are able to safely make and ship to you, and we’ll help you place the order!

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can process a refund up to 24 hours before it ships.

Gifts and Gift Certificates

I’m sending a gift, can you make sure that there are no prices shown on my order?

Yes – leave us a note in the comment box that this is a gift and should not include any prices.

Can I include a gift message with my order?   

Absolutely! Gift Messages can be added in the checkout process.

Can you gift wrap my order?

Yes! Gift wrap is free of charge, just tell us the occasion!

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! We currently have e-gift cards to be used on our website only (these can be purchased on our websites). We also have physical gift cards that can be used in our store.
