Several years ago Michael wanted to make a green tea chocolate bar. Luckily he met some people from ItoEn at a trade show. They produce a wonderful matcha-culinary grade green tea which resulted in this wonderful bar. To make it a bit more crunchy and fun, we added some (gluten free) rice krispies.
