Ganache Stuffed Figs are equal parts decadent, satisfying and memorable.

We start with calymyrna fig, and fill them by hand with our house made ganache. This ganache is made with pecans, honey, cinnamon and rich, dark chocolate.

Covered in dark chocolate, the exposed fig stem makes for a beautiful presentation (and ease of eating!)
