Our caramel recipe dates back over 100 years to Michael's grandfather, Julius, with some improvements made by Martin and then Michael.

Old fashioned Vanilla Caramel - Based on our original family recipe, creamy caramel with high quality Madagascar vanilla. This is our standard caramel, that is the base of all caramel items.
Chocolate Caramel - Caramel blended with chocolate
Salted Chocolate Caramel - Chocolate caramel with grey sea salt, topped with maldon flaky sea salt
