Our truffle collection is reminiscent of the traditional and simple rich chocolate truffles with classic flavor profiles.
We make all our truffle centers by hand in small batches, they are hand rolled, hand cut and hand dipped in milk or dark chocolate. Available in white chocolate by special order (in a minimum quantity). Each truffle is "marked" to show its variety (and make a pretty gift box)!
Our current varieties:
Chocolate Doom: Layer of white chocolate ganache on top of a layer of milk chocolate chocolate ganache, dipped in milk or dark chocolate, topped with chocolate sprinkles
Continental Truffles: A forever JoMart favorite - "the two-layer truffle" is a layer of each milk and dark chocolate blended with our homemade hazelnut butter
Cocoa: Our rich, dense chocolate ganache dipped in dark chocolate, rolled in natural cocoa, foil wrapped - available in dark chocolate only
French Swirl: Chocolate ganache dipped in milk or dark chocolate, drizzled with mild or dark and white chocolate
Fudge: Not your traditional fudge, our chocolate fudge is denser than our ganache, but super smooth and creamy, hand dipped in milk or dark chocolate
Coffee Break: Creamy, intense coffee ganache blended with roasted hazelnuts and almond butter crunch, hand dipped in milk or dark chocolate, topped with ground coffee
Champagne: Our chocolate ganache blended with natural champagne flavor, hand dipped in milk or dark chocolate, and signed with a C
Jamaican Rum: Chocolate ganache flavored with natural rum flavor, hand dipped in milk or dark chocolate, and topped with a pinch of pure chocolate sprinkles
Mozart: Hazelnut butter mixed into milk or dark chocolate with sea salt and feuilletine flakes - a crispy confection made from thin, sweetened crêpes, topped with gold music note transfer sheet
Nola: A combination of chocolate ganache, pecans, jalapeño oil, sea salt, and cinnamon, hand dipped in dark chocolate
Peanut Butter Ganache Truffle: Our perfect peanut butter ganache, hand dipped in milk or dark chocolate
Peanut Butter Ganache and Raspberry Jelly Truffle: Our peanut butter ganache layered with our homemade, tart raspberry jelly, hand dipped in milk or dark chocolate
Sour Cherry Fudge: Dark chocolate fudge blended with sour cherries, hand dipped in milk or dark chocolate, topped with a sour cherry
Triple Chocolate Fudge: Dark chocolate fudge, hand dipped in milk or dark chocolate, topped with cocoa nibs
Cocoa and Nola are only available in Dark Chocolate. If you choose milk/milk and dark chocolate in your order - please note that these truffles will only be dark chocolate.
Truffles are available by the pound (individual or assorted) and as gift boxes - assorted (in various sizes) or continental truffles
