We have become great fans of the raspberry jelly, We really liked "the story" and being raspberry lovers we had to try...the taste is really a treat and my mouth is watering as i write this... We prefer the dark chocolate as it seems better suited to the tart jelly flavor. Truly a great compliment to an after dinner coffee. Or any time!

Our Raspberry Jelly is tart by design (some might even say sour) and steeped in Rogak Family History. It goes back to Julius Rogak, the original candy maker in our family. You'll have to come and ask Michael for the entire story, he tells it best, and its the best in person.
Our Raspberry Jelly is available in Milk or Dark Chocolate. Our Raspberry Jelly is made to be a tart jelly, it is not sweet. Although too tart for some, it remains a favorite. Savor the flavor!
