Chocolate covered cherries bring back childhood memories for so many of us, especially those who grew up in New York City! The treat varies from candy shop to candy shop, and ours is no different.
We start with a juicy, delicious cherry with no artificial flavors, dyes, colors, corn syrup or preservatives. The cherries are double dipped in milk or dark Chocolate (white chocolate can be ordered upon request). The result is a chocolate shell with sweet liquid and a cherry for you to enjoy!
One of the questions that always comes up is, "How do you get the liquid around the cherry?"
